Anaerobic Digestion
FGE has the proud reputation of being the first South African E.P.C contractor that has developed and is currently building an anaerobic digestion plant which converts organic from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) in to biomethane and CO2.
FGE specialises in anaerobic digestion for the production of biogas from organic material. The biogas can be used to generate electricity or upgraded into biomethane and CO2.
FGE offers turnkey solutions, from the initial concept design, through to detailed design, E.I.A., construction and commissioning of the plant to final operation and maintenance.
